Let's all hooray for the Fourth...read your history to see what the founding fathers lost and gave up to gain us our freedom. Their families and fortunes were taken, they died penniless in most cases. Comparisons to our politicians in either patriotism or heroism? Can't be done...no patriots and certainly no heros....most of them can't even keep their pants up. Give thanks brave men died for you. Freedom has never been free! God bless the USA and if that offends anyone, go somewhere else.

Flash, I can agree with almost all of your comment except the last sentence. It is amazing how we as Americans can continue to say "God Bless America". God already has! It is time to turn this saying around, "America, Bless God" for he has already shed his Grace on us.
Put that way, I can certainly agree!!!And we need to honor Him and act accordingly. Keep America great.
