Bosque Farms Government, Who is Representing You?

A blog about Bosque Farms, the politicians that have been elected to office to represent those of us who live here and how their actions might impact the Villagers.

Name: Bosque Gal
Location: Bosque Farms, New Mexico, United States

I'm a concerned resident who realizes the impact that the Bosque Farms local government has on our daily lives. I am working to share this information with others.

National Volunteer Week

Every April it is National Volunteer Appreciation Week.
No, that doesn't mean that more people should volunteer to help the Village. It means the Village, the Mayor and the Council should express their appreciation for those who volunteer and make this Village a better place.

Has there been a volunteer banquet lately? Maybe it is time.

National Month of...

April is the month to celebrate. This is the month that Bosque Farms needs to use as a catalist for Economic Development. Of course, this author has posted suggestions like this in the past and no one has listened/read. However, look at this:

National Whistler week and National Fish Fry Week and National Cowboy Poetry week all land on the same days.
Lets turn this into a large party!

Come eat some fish and enter the whistle contest and listen to some Cowboy Poetry.

While the librarian might be sad that this isn't about dogs and libraries, it's a great idea. And if the Council did it right- it could be a great economic boost to our economy.

An Appropriate Holiday

This is an appropriate holiday for those of us who lived here. You just have to look at the state government, and even our local government to see why this author might say that.

And what is today?

APRIL FOOL'S DAY
